A Traditional Food
Experience from the Sierra Sur
Wood stoves, comales, pieces of clay and adobe walls make up our smoke kitchen. A place where we show a bit of our culinary traditions, the temporality of our land and the gastronomic heritage of Thalía Barrios’s family, originally from San Mateo Yucutindoó, a community in the Sierra Sur of the state of Oaxaca.
In this venue located in the Historical center of Oaxaca city you’ll find gastronomic experiences, traditional Oaxacan cooking classes and a small clay store from different rural communities.
